Rutendo Hadebe - Director Rutendo is the Director for the organization and provides leadership in the organization as a whole and leadership in the individual projects Rutendo is not a new face to the Zimbabwe Civil Society. She has worked with organizations such as Environment Africa, Zimbabwe Coalition for Debt and Development, ZIMCODD and Crisis Coalition. She is founder member of the Feminist Political Education Project, FePEP and has also sat on the WiPSU board prior to joining WiPSU as the Director. A journalist and marketer by profession, Rutendo is a women’s rights activist who has extended her horizon to include advocacy for use of ICTs as a tool for accountable governance. Rutendo’s hobbies are reading and motivational speaking
	Fanny Chirisa – Senior Programmes Officer Fanny is the Senior Programmes Officer. She works with women Mps and their constituencies. Prior to coming to WiPSU Fanny was with Red Barna Zimbabwe (Save the Children Norway) with women and children in the communities as a Community Development worker for 13years. She also worked with a local NGO, Zimbabwe Women’s Resource Center and Network (ZWRCN) for four years prior to joining the organization in 2001. Her hobbies are reading, watching TV, traveling, socializing and meeting new people.
	Pamelah Nape – Programmes Officer Pamelah is a Programmes officer she works mainly with women Councilors and their Wards. Pamelah is a mother of two and She has worked for Manicaland Development Association as a field technical officer. Pamelah has also worked with the Legal Resources Foundation as a legal advisor prior to joining the Organization in 2003. Her hobbies socializing and joking with people, she also enjoys advising and counseling people.
	Mavis Matemba - Administrator Mavis is the Administrator for the organization. Mavis is married and she is a mother of two children. She joined WiPSU in 2002 as the receptionist /secretary and rose through the ranks and became the Administrator, she is responsible for the administrative department and she also handles finance issues. Prior to joining WiPSU, Mavis was with Corporate Consumer Credit a local money lending institution as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. She likes reading, traveling and cooking during her spare time.
	Kundai Mugwanda – Assistant Programmes Officer/Information Kundai is the Assistant Programmes Officer/Information at the organisation responsible for Media monitoring and analysis and information issues. She is a trained Journalist by proffession. Kundai joined WiPSU in 2005 as a Research intern. Prior to joining WiPSU Kundai has been with the banned local Communications Trust, Radio Voice of the People as a journalist. Kundai is a feminist and currently studying towards a bachelor of arts degree in human and social studies (with specialisation in international relations and Diplomacy). Kundai enjoys working with women and the youth and is a human rights activists. She also enjoys traveling, meeting new people, singing and drawing during her spare time.
	Mandy Nyamangara – Receptionist Mandy is the receptionist at the organization. She has been with WiPSU since its inception in 2002. Mandy likes to socialize during her spare time.
	Priscillah Muringani – Cleaner/ Gardener Priscillah is the cleaner/gardener at the organization. She has been with WiPSU since its inception in 2002. Priscillah is single and she enjoys traveling, reading novels, and watching T.V during her spare time.
	Anthony Karimatsenga - Driver Anthony is the Driver at the organization. He recently joined WiPSU and is a results driven individual rearing to go. He enjoys playing soccer, reading and watching TV in his spare time.
	Assistant Programme Officer/ Research. Not a  new face to WiPSU, Vongai was an Intern during her academic days. Now is a qualified development practitioner , holds a BA ( Hons) in History a\nd Development Studies and is currently pursuing an MA in Development Studies.
